If you cannot be present at the time of delivery, the parcel carrier will leave you a pick-up slip which you can use to collect your delivery from the post office concerned. So that you can take your order at the post office counter, you need the collection slip and an official identification document.<br \/>\nFor orders with several items, the longer delivery time applies, as partial deliveries are not possible, or upon request from you by email we can manage the divided delivery of the order, please always consult our team shop@shopy.ch<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #2c76ba;\">HOW LONG TILL THE ARRIVAL OF MY PURCHASE?<\/span><br \/>\nIf your order is already in stock, we can guarantee delivery within one week from the purchasing time.<br \/>\nHowever, if your item is not instantly available, the delivery will take up to 6 weeks time. Sophy Geneva jewelry in most cases is Handcrafted Jewelry and personally made for you. This means that as soon as you place an order with us, we forward it to our manufacturer. Upon completion, your purchased Jewelry is examined in our quality control Atelier in (Lausanne-Switzerland) and from there they are sent directly to you.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #2c76ba;\">SHIPMENT TRACKING<\/span><br \/>\nAfter your order has left our Atelier in (Lausanne-Switzerland), it can be tracked using the Swiss Post Track &amp; Trace. A tracking link will be sent to you by email, which enables you to track your shipment from a certain point in time, If you have any questions about the delivery status, please contact shop@sophy.ch.
